Terrine dishes are traditionally used to compact a mixture like pate. As the meat cools, the fat begins to set, helping the terrine hold its form. Use this stoneware piece for exactly that, or make meatloaf, bread, or cakes. It’s part of our Heritage Series, inspired by our original 1931 designs.
